Friday Lunchtime Meditation

Meditation can help reduce stress and anxiety and enhance your perception of peace and wellbeing.

Anna Langley is kindly offering her meditation experience and invites anyone interested in the practice (especially beginners) to come along to a Friday lunchtime session. 

The Norwich Auditorium lights will be dimmed and curtains closed to ensure a peaceful and non-distracting environment. You are welcome to sit on chairs or the floor and can bring anything to help you feel comfortable to sit still for around 20 minutes.

The sessions are scheduled for every Friday lunchtime (12:30-13:15) during September.
